The bite marks were Sapo's. You know because in the first round it says how Sapo used to get into fights; and if something came near his mouth he would bite. It didn't matter who or what. I don't know what to think now. I'm not sure what's going to happen now. Sapo is protected by Bodega, but how long can that help him, unless the cops actually pursue the murder.
The bite marks were obviously Sapo's. I know this because earlier in the book they talked about how Sapo was such a dirty fighter, he would bite if he needed to. I think that Chino is a little scared now. I think he will try to talk to Sapo about Salazar.
The bite marks were from sapo. Like Jake said the book stated earlier that sapo is a dirty fighter and will do whatever it takes to come out on top. No doubt Chino is shaking in his boots and will probably talk to Salazar but Sapo is backed by Bodega...to be honest I dont know what to expect as far as the murder is concerned.
i think the author wants you to believe that the bite marks are sapo's doing because the author tells you the story about the teacher and refers back to the beginning of the book when chino said sapo would do anything to win a fight
they were definitely from sapo.... in chapter one he said that what he bites is his by his right, and "it aint a pawn shop"
I agree with jake. Earlier in the book it says that sapo fights dirty and bites so its only obvious that the bite marks are sapos

good use of quotes, Joey!!
The bite marks were Sapo's. It said earlier in the book that sapo would bite, and that he has a reputation for biting. I think that Chino is scared of what hes gotten himself into by hanging around with Sapo.
The bite marks were definetly Sapo's. Like other peopple said Sapo loved to get in fights and the way he grew up, anything goes in a fight. Chino is probably going to talk to Salazar about Sapo, although Bodega has got Sapo's back.
In the beginning of the book we read that when sapo gets into a fight if anything gets near his mouth he bights. The bit marks obviously belong to sapo. I don't really know what to think now except that chino is probably a little scared.
"When I'm in a fight." Sapo would Spit, "whass cose to my mouth is mine by right and my teeth ain't no fuckin pawnshop." Page 1 in this story expressing that Sapo is a dirty fighter and would do anything to win a fight, including bite. With that indication I am forced to believe that the bite marks were from him.
the bite marks were sapos because at the start of the book sapo said it didnt matter what came close to his mouth, he would bite it.
the bite marks were from sapo, sapo is known for being dirty and pretty much he would do whatever to win a fight.
The bite marks were from Sapo. I believe this because of his reputation for being a dirty fighter and saying previously in the novel he would bite anything close to his mouth. I dont think Sapo is in too much danger because Bodega got his back.
The bite marks are Sapo's. In the begining of the novel it said how sapo was a dirt fighter and would do anything to win.
sapo definatly because he fights like a girl and bites. Maybe he isnt eating enough
The bite marks were from Sapo. We know this because at the beginning of the book there were references to how Sapo fights dirty. Also Chino heard Bodega talking with someone about how Salizar was becoming a problem. It then becomes clear to Chino that Sapo is the one who killed Salizar.
