i thought the ending was real messed up. Like angelo said it was a great way to end it cause nobody would have guessed that but all in all majorily f*cked up
I liked the ending. I love twist endings like that. But I think that Sapo is going to run stuff for a while but due to his immaturity he will crumble and therefore hand over the empire to Chino, where he and Blanca will live happily ever after
The ending was sick. i agree with spinelli though but i think Sapo is going to be the braun to Chino's brains when they start running el Barrio again. This was the perfect way to end the book like i said before it would make a good movie
i really liked the ending because of the huge plot twist at the end. I think that sapo may try to run whatever is left of bodega's business, but in the end chino will get it going again.
The ending came out of no where but I liked it. It put a nice twist to it that i liked. I think Sapo is going to try to take over but Chino will really end up taking it over.

The way the n ovel ended was odd However the clues the author used to help us predict what would happen was good. Vera seemed like she didnt really love him and nazario was always the sketchy crazy guy. it was a surprise
i liked the ending, it brought the whole book together. I think that Chino and Blanca will be aright. I think that Chino will start doing good for El Barrio
i didnt like the ending.. it seemed like it all jsut happened at once but i think chino and blanca will get back together b.c of their baby thats on the way
I enjoyed this ending of the novel and it was a major twist for the ending. I was very surprised when bodega was killed and ever more shocked to find out that Vera loved Nozario not Bodega and that they used him to see each other. The murder of Bodega really seemed to come out of no where but I expected Vera to do something out of the norm. Her killing her ex-husband was major and Bodega taking the fall for her really showed that he loved her. To bad he was killed and that she didn't love him. well shit happens
