Hi my kids -
So, tomorrow, as a reward for working hard on preparing for the HSPA, as well as hopefully working hard on tomorrow's Language Arts section, I will be buying you all pizza to eat during my class. Tomorrow, bring your Bodega Dreams book because I will be reading the book to you, as well as catching us up to where we need to be. Now that HSPAs are almost done, I want to get going again with real class stuff. You can go to your regular lunch or come up and wait for me in my room. I will have pizza for you during our regular class.
Please leave me a blog that tells me something you are going to do (or try to do) for the next four weeks to help succeed with this book. Also, leave me a blog that tells me at least ONE thing you've learned on how to succeed on the HSPA tomorrow.

During the next four weeks to succeed with this book am going to read it outside of school more often. To hep succeed tomorrow, i will try to not fall asleep during the test.

During the next four weeks to succeed with this book im going to post on the blog more often and try to connect with the characters so i understand what they are going through and on the HESPA I will make notes to understand what i'm reading

I am going to try to check this blog more often and also do the study guide questions when you assign them to us. I think both of those things will help me stay focused on this book.
During the next four weeks to succeed with this book I am goin to start reading ahead, im also goin to change my seat and not fall asleep in class.
ive learnt to stay awake. From experience to haha. I feel asleep and when i woke up i saw the kid next to me writing so i thought we were on the next essay but it was only a reading passage. i was scared sorry bad story but yeah
as part of my plan to help understand this book better i plan to comprehend the knowledge both in class and at home. This comment is way passed the HSPA but i dominated that writing part so im not worried
during the next four weeks i will try to pay attention when we read in class more as well as reading and doing the outlines at home more often. and to do well on the test ill have to pay attention and try to focus
ive been reading the book but i only have one more chapter and i plan on reading it tonight
I have been reading the book out of school to help pass the test. To guarantee myself success with this book I plan on rereading several chapters as a review to remind me details i may have forgotten.
